Pure Trance is a shōjo science-fiction manga by Junko Mizuno. It was first published as a serial in the booklets of Avex Trax's Pure Trance techno compilation CD series. Later, it was collected into a bound volume and published in 1998. Last Gasp published an English-language translation in July 2005. Set in a future world after World War III, the story follows humans who live underground in Tokyo, Japan, as creatures resembling brains.
