Butterfly Man is a 2002 Thai-British adventure-romantic drama film directed and written by Kaprice Kea. It stars Stuart Laing and Napakpapha Nakprasitte. Adam, an English backpacker, breaks up with his girlfriend after arriving in Thailand. He meets Em, a young masseuse, in Ko Samui. Their relationship starts innocently but Adam becomes frustrated and turns into a sex tourist, known as the "butterfly man". Meanwhile, the dark side of Samui is revealed with a human trafficking and prostitution ring.
