Buppah Rahtree Phase 2: Rahtree Returns is a 2005 Thai comedy-horror film that serves as a sequel to the 2003 film, Buppah Rahtree. The film, written and directed by Yuthlert Sippapak, follows the story of Buppah, a vengeful female ghost who continues to haunt apartment 609. In the apartment, she resides with her ghost boyfriend Ake, who lost his legs as a result of Buppah's actions in the first film. A blind woman named Thip becomes their neighbor and is planning to have an eye operation. However, she faces an attempt of sexual assault by her doctor. Rahtree intervenes and helps Thip. Simultaneously, a group of four comical bank robbers use Rahtree's apartment as their hideout after committing a robbery.
